Interdepartmental Postgraduate Programme, Cultural heritage management: Archaeology, city and architecture
The Faculty of History and Archaeology of the University of Athens in collaboration with the Department of Architecture of the University of Patras and the Department of Cultural Technology of the University of the Aegean have organized an interdisciplinary and a full time two-year program of postgraduate studies entitled “Cultural heritage management: Archaeology, city and Architecture”. The main purpose of the program is the education of young scholars specializing in the management and administration of historical city centers and adjacent areas and in promoting interaction between the disciplines of archaeology and architecture, combining proposals from different perspectives. Courses related to the Byzantine material culture are included in the postgraduate program.
