Italian Archaeological School at Athens
Founded in 1909, the Italian Archaeological School at Athens focuses on research, courses, publication and dissemination of the scientific study of heritage, history, archaeology and language of ancient Greece, including Byzantine archaeology and art.
The Italian Archaeological School at Athens:
1. Maintains annual reports and peer-reviewed publications.
2. Carries out ongoing archaeological field projects.
