The Department of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Antiquities and Museums of the Ephorate of Antiquities of Dodecanese handles issues related to archaeological sites, monuments and historical sites of the regional units of Rhodes, Kalymnos, Karpathos-Kasos, and Kos, dating from the 4th c. A.D. until 1830, as well as in newer religious monuments from 1830 onwards.
